the idea of mhin finally finding someone who understands what’s like to have something take over your body and hurt the ones you love without knowing or wanting it.

mhin finding that in the person they hate the most, ais.

maybe one night ais finds out about mhins cursed form and afterwards they just sit in silence. agonizing for mhin, understanding for ais.

“Rough night, huh?” ais finally breaks the silence.

“Rough life,” mhin grumbles—refusing to look at him. a chuckle comes from ais, “I get it.” He pokes at the side of his head, “Trust me dove, you’re not the only one with secrets.”

and boom they fall in love that’s all i have folks /j shout out the discord for giving me this idea last night

@defiten and @applesscribbles convinced me to get cooking so here i am. i’m a newbie at writing so this might be ass

okay okay how to start hmm… there’s two things i have in mind. one, ais finally decides to confront mhin on their attitude towards him

“Everyone knows I like a shitty attitude, but dove you are really tough case. I wouldn’t mind crackin’ it though” with that damn sly grin ais always has

insert long slow burn of ais trying to convince mhin that “he doesn’t bite”

or twooo, mhin is intrigued by the seaspring. they wouldn’t dare drink or trust that devil but what kind of scholar would they be if they didn’t even at least TRY to learn more

perhaps this interest started when they keep seeing ruby eyes peeking out of dark alleys while on patrol.. maybe ais has taken a interest in them as well

imagine the surprised (smug) look on ais’ face when mhin stomps up to him one night at the wet wick and demands they have a talk

insert long slow burn of mhin not trusting ais one bit but having no choice other than to spend time with him if they wanna learn more

either way i think it would be neat to see mhin snooping around the seaspring and coming across a bunch of notebooks, each filled with a name, wish, and reason. (inspired by this post)

Modern MhinAis

This is definitely out of character, but it's getting me out of art block so it's fine- I've been working on a modern AU but it sucks every time... I feel like Mhin would wait tables and be a college student or something. This is the second time drawing it because it sucked even more last time (og under cut)
