MHITAS Update! No seriously.

IT LIVESSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A heartfelt thank you to all the guys, gals, and nonbinary pals that encouraged, pushed, and waited. Thank you for helping me to finish what we started, not that this is the last chapter or anything, but it’s been a tough time getting back into this story, and I did miss it A Lot, so thank you for putting me on the path to the finish when I was surrounded by a bunch of those Mario Kart ‘YOU ARE GOING THE LITERAL OPPOSITE DIRECTION YOU ABSOLUTE TWATWAFFLE’ signs.

That’s what it feels like they’re saying, anyway.

So apparently I’m still being stalked on ao3 by this same whackadoo from YEARS ago, so fanfic might be a little chill for a bit while I work something out with the archive, but I’ll try to post more ficlets/excerpts here in the meantime, and I’m always blabbing more than I should be about my Christmas series on Patreon! Hello um yes it’s a small me here to ask a small favor.

It’s Labor Day weekend here in the good old U.S. of Dumpster Fire and I’m going to try and buckle down and use that extra day to finish the next chapter of MHITAS!! However, because I am weak-willed and easily distracted, I am likely to make Bad Choices and pop on to Tumblr, so it would be great if you all could shoot me little GO WRITE DAMMIT messages throughout the weekend to keep me on target and accountable. The profanity is optional.

MHITAS Update & Patreon

So, after much debate and advice, I’ve decided to start a Patreon! It’s more of a fic tip jar than anything, but there are a few small rewards, so check it out! There’s a link on my blog, my ao3 profile, and my fics from this point on because who can be bothered to back edit??

And, also, Chapter 28! This one’s a bit short by my standards, but otherwise there would have been a very jarring tonal shift, so I think it’s better this way.
