i made bread :)

it’s my first time ever making kneaded bread. it’s also my first time using a dutch oven to bake it. i have discovered that not using a dutch oven is probably why all of my bread loaves are a little weird

i also made another loaf not in the dutch oven and it burned a little, oops

so i made some focaccia today, hence the valjean post.....i literally cannot even bake bread without being les mis trash
