Pumpkin pie pull apart bread
I figured out this cool new baking technique yesterday. If you put a little bit of bread dough on the stove to rise, then you add a bit more dough to the bowl and it still rises, then you know that your dough will rise for any arbitrarily large amount of dough.

I got some more flying geese made this afternoon between wrangling loads of laundry. Hubby was puzzling and making bread. He proudly brought his loaf into my sewing room for show and smell. I could see a face on the side of his loft, he thought I was losing it. Can you see it? The puzzle is looking good too. We have all been working on the puzzle and tonight we took all the little bits people had built and moved them onto the big board. The kids then worked on joining them up and filling gaps. It is so much fun working together. We all work away at it differently but when we all work together we make great progress and have a lot of great conversations and laughter. My other accomplishment for the day was finishing off the final strip for the big blue star hexie quilt top. Hopefully tomorrow evening I will have some energy left to start stitching the panels onto the quilt top. I really want to keep moving with it and get the quilt top done.
