Today was pretty darn fun! Haha I spent a majority of it with my sister and Mia.
So today, my sister and I headed over to Escondido because we totally thought that our cousins's baby shower was today. LOL nope. It's next weekend. So we had to drive all the way back. We just laughed at our stupidity... and that we wasted a whole outfit.
We decided to make the best out of it and headed over to Sushi Camp. Dinner was amazing! She and I both ordered spicy tuna hand rolls and I ordered an extra Y2K role. The chef also gave us a sashimi salad on the house~ Plus we got 10% off! I guess being their customer for almost 7 years has it's benefits!
Then we decided that we wanted to watch a movie. We called Mia and asked if she wanted to come along. I paid for the tickets. They were pretty damn expensive since the Underworld: Awakening was only in IMAX 3D... but damn. That was one pretty kick-ass movie! 60 dollars worth (for three)? I'm not too sure... but it was really good. That says something seeing as how I don't really like those movies too much. We all enjoyed it! Haha we said that one day, we'll rewatch the other movies. So yeah, we ended up movie hopping (SHHHH) to The Girl With the Dragon Tatoo. LOL... The movie was alright. I mean it had plenty of potential... but it was just a "meh." Plus it was hella awkward because there was a shit load of sex scenes. But yeah, it was just "meh."
We ended past twelve and it was freezing. The air was so cold, and we had to walk all the way to the car. I had to park the car far because the parking lot was FILLED. The movie theater was pretty packed as well. LOL I ended up driving home. I don't even think I was allowed to since 1. I had a passenger other than the one who can teach me how to drive and 2. it was past midnight. HAH. Oh well, I didn't have a problem getting home.
Anyways, today was a fun day even though it was NOT how I expected it to be this morning.
