               ❝ you really don’t need to do that, i’ll be fine, ❞ tagon insists, though part of him wonders if it would be easier to just admit defeat and let her bandage his wound even though he doesn’t need it. his hand is still pressed to his arm as if trying to slow the bleeding when really he’s trying to conceal the fact that it has already started to heal. it isn’t a bad wound, he doesn’t imagine it will take more than ten minutes for his skin to knit itself back together, but the last thing he needs is for her to move his hand and discover nothing there. ❝ trust me, it isn’t that bad, i’m just a heavy bleeder. i’ll be fine in a few minutes. getting people to stop bleeding is part of my job, i’m pretty good at it. ❞
