The protagonists are in what seems to be a perfect world, but this is later revealed to be an afterlife akin to hell that was created to study humanity (and subsequently torture them). It was created by a white-haired nonhuman who lacks a full understanding of human emotions, which is odd considering that what they do is dependent upon human emotions. A character realizes that they and others don’t belong in this seemingly perfect world. At the time of this realization, reality begins to become warped. In the end, reality is rewritten by a demon and the timeline is reset.
