wada sez: Granger summarised the strip on deviantART: “In a nutshell, the humans gather up Galvatron's, scourge and cyclonus' remains take them back to earth. Galvatron (or something) wakes up and blows up the place.” The strip thus provides an origin for Universe Galvatron with his more Earth-like tank mode. In this amalgamated continuity, (presumably) Marissa Faireborn is working with “J.O.E.”, undoubtedly a reference to G.I. Joe. Faireborn has always been tied to G.I. Joe, as her parents were Flint and Lady Jaye. Bizarrely, there was another mixup that led to two colourists working on the same strip again! This time, Caroline Richard’s colours were used for the final piece, while Lisa Sky’s take (see below) went unused. Genuinely have no idea how they could’ve messed that up so badly. Sky’s interpretation has a few flourishes I enjoy: the human trucks are coloured in Constructicon green, their building is coloured as Metroplex, and Sky has rather literally applied orange at Galvatron’s neck, referenced from the unpainted hinge on the toy!
