Ray's Steak and Cheese!
I haven't said this before, but Michael Landrum is possibly one of my favorite people in the DC metro area. Landrum (owner of Ray's the Steaks and Ray's Hell Burger, among others) just opened up his newest restaurant, and what a genius venture it is.
According to ArlNow.com, the new eatery, still unnamed, is located in the old Ray's Hell Burger Too spot at 1713 Wilson Boulevard, and offers only two items on the menu: a steak and cheese sandwich (pictured below), and a side of tater tots.
