The gentlemen was so extremely good but HOW MUCH BETTER IT COULD HAVE BEEN IF NETFLIX COULD HAVE PAYED FOR MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY 😫 I like Bobby glass okay but the lack of Micky Pearson was a crime NOT EVEN A NAME DROP? Like how incredible would have been if Susie had been Mikey’s daughter😫 we didn’t even need to know he was her father until the end , she could have stayed as Susie glass pretending to be just another employee like UGH honestly what a waste of an opportunity.

I do love Susie so much she was my absolute favorite character of that show along side Geoff! What an icon✨

If they do continue the series I am so excited for the evolution of Eddie and Susie, what a dark romance tbh

He was early to his first meeting with Mickey Pearson; Susie was absolutely adamant about it and the last thing he wanted was to listen to her drone on and on about ‘punctuality’ and ‘respect’. 

Not that I don’t have enough of that going around! Across the way from the pub was a cafe, Astrid’s Cafe & Bakery, it seemed like a decent enough place for a cup of tea and a scone. In his effort to not get on Ms. Glass’ bad side and being late for the meeting, Ed had completely skipped breakfast and agreed with himself that it would be best to fill his stomach and remove any chance of any rumbling noises while talking shop.
