I had to take a look at every one of Oscar's characters and let my gut tell me who to pick. I know it couldn't be Poe, sadly, as Halloween isn't a thing in his Universe, but I think it's something he would enjoy if he knew about. However, we'll stick with Oscars from this Universe for now!
