Art and music often go hand-in-hand. The experience of listening to music is often made even better when associated with beautiful images, and vice-versa. In addition to this, there are so many aesthetically beautiful and creative mixtape and album covers out there that are often the cause of some amazing discoveries in music stores everywhere.

What are we doing on Thursday? This!

Swedish Designer Michael Thorsby is a man of many crazy creative ideas and on Thursday he will be releasing "Damn Son Where Did You Find This? - A book about US hiphop mixtape cover art". 

A project he's done together with Swedish media company La Vida Locash. This is the one and only book about the extreme visual world of US mixtape covers. It features 500 covers and in-depth interviews with the top five designers. I'm sure you will experience some crazy stories about the making of this book at the launch.

Go to Wood Wood's flagship store in Copenhagen to get your hands on a copy of the book this Thursday:

If you are not around in Copenhagen this week, you can catch the book launch in Berlin already on Wednesday at the Wood Wood store in Rochstraße.
