My kind of "blessing in disguise". I was on the edge of a precipice, about to plunge, when she walked past me. She was about to release go and pull over in the middle of the road, but she noticed me holding back and took my hand in hers.
For me, she is a remarkable woman. Flaws, blunders, and scars abound. I've entered her darkness and sworn to her that I'll bring her light. But the truth is that I am unable to do so. I can only be there for her, and I promised myself that every time she turned around, I would catch her tears, listen to her worries and anxieties, and share her delight, laughter, and jokes.
I adored all of her alter personas that she introduced me to. She forced me to explore things I would never have discovered on my own. She's a Swiftie, and 5 Seconds Of Summer is one of my favorite bands. She became my confidante, my security blanket, my knight in shining armor, my instructor, best friend, partner-in-crime, coffee, chocolate, food, and chill buddy.
She is my EVERYTHING.

I haven't heard the original, but think he did a beautiful job & it really suits his voice & his crooner singing style too! : ) ( first recorded by Elise Carlisle & then made popular by Vera Lynn in 1940 as well & it was written in 1939 ) its still amazing that this song originally came out in the 1940s too! : ) So, I am really looking forward to his new album out Friday, 3/25/22 : )
