What? You’ve never heard of Marfa Texas, much less its “lights?” Well, I hadn’t either, but curiosity got the better of me so I and my dear friend planned a trip to this little town in the far Southwest corner of the state. Nothing in Texas is ever close. I was undaunted by the distance of 532 miles for I have driven the width of this great state many times. No problem. I did learn however that the shortest distance between two points is usually under repair. That was the case in stop and go traffic just to get out of Dallas.
