DEWARS | SCOTCH EGG CLUB: Chef Michael Voltaggio faced off against Chef Joe Isidori and Chef Angie Mar in a one-of-a-kind scotch egg challenge at the Dewar’s Scotch Egg Club at 165 allen st in manhattan. In celebration of the 125th Anniversary of Dewar’s arriving to the US, Chef Voltaggio collaborated with the brand to create specially crafted scotch eggs in honor of the founder, Tommy Dewar, who had a lifelong passion for Scotch and chickens.
DJ Brendan Fallis and Chelsea Leyland moved the crowd during the 2day event while creating their own special vibe for each night. The vibes wouldn’t be complete without those amazing scotch cocktails from DEWARS, Aberfeldy and Craiglleachie which were served old fashioned style.
