Being life-long besties with Peter and Ned
You started paying more attention to her when she made you laugh by calling Peter and Ned losers at the lunch table
You start talking to her more whenever you can (class, lunch, decathlon practice, detention) because she is the most intriguing person you've ever met
You get real close and giggle a lot when the whole team (except Peter) spends the night in the hotel pool in DC
When she gets that final question at the academic decathlon you know you're a goner
After the Washington Monument incident she just kind of kisses you out of nowhere, leaving you extremely happy and confused but you don't question it since she won't let go of your hand after that
No one particularly asked anyone out formally, you both just casually assumed you were dating and acted as such from there
She puts up a hard shell and is disconnected from the world in general, mostly being quiet and observing people but with you she is honestly the Softest ™
This girl is 100% the most loyal
I feel like PDA would be kept to a minimum at school, like everyone just thinks you're friends but if you hold her hand at school she will gladly hold yours
when you're out of school she will take your hand and give you short and sweet kisses while flipping off anyone who gives you uncomfortable stares
