I always imagine what Law and Luffy's reaction was after Rosi was born.

AHHH so sorry this is so late, but I actually have some brief notes regarding this! This old post of mine has some quick notes under the break where I explained what Law dealt during the pregnancy and after Rosi was born. Below I went more in depth cuz I ended up babbling more than I intended too lmao.

During his pregnancy Law was a stressed mess. Will his baby be safe? Is it even safe for him to have a baby in the first place? Physically speaking he is healthy which is why he even decided to go ahead and have a biosocial baby with Luffy. But later on the doubt hit. No matter what his scans said when Choppers results came up negative, there was still that small underlining fear that something could go wrong.

-See I'm a huge sucker for Law angst, so in my head he was a huge worry wort and thought of the worst case scenarios during his pregnancy with Rosi. Particularly with what would entail regarding his past experience with ALS (amber lead syndrome). I took my own interpretation on what it would mean for a child of a survivor bc we know ALS was both hereditary and caught through exposure from the ore. Since Law cured himself, I assume he can no longer pass down the shortened lifespan side affect (which if you think about it would have been horrendously short considering by the time Lami's generation came along the poisoning manifested when she was around 7).

So I added my own twist that hey maybe Law is cured and he and his bloodline are safe from the poison...but what if there's still minor none lethal side affects that could manifest?

When Rosi was born, Law was so so relived. His baby was fine and healthy and showed no physical signs of his ''corruption'' as he would put it. Luffy was really proud at how strong Law was bc of all the stress and worry his Torao went trough. Both parents were beyond happy to have their lil boy in their arms.

Of course that was short lived when Rosi starting developing vitiligo. I made some research and bc vitiligo is sometimes thought to be caused by autoimmune issues I thought hey that could check out! Maybe bc Law is cured the only hereditary issues passed down is the skin discoloration. That caused Law to go into a stage of hysteria bc he thought the worse.

Like oh god its still there in his body, he's safe but their baby is in danger. Thankfully his tests were negative but the guilt stayed. It cut Law deep, he still cursed their child with this horrid appearance. Bc to him these spots just cause trauma of the past. It took a lot of reassurance from Luffy that their baby would be fine. There's nothing wrong with lil Rosi having those cute lil spots or how he's not angry at Law bc there's nothing to be mad about. Their baby is perfect.

So yeah the reactions after Rosi's birth were a whirlwind that started with happy family moments for the first few years until the vitiligo developed. Yay Law angst.

hey!! so here’s a little chart with the bros’ quirks and basic info :3

hiroto and mic are closest, they always played together and match each other’s energy quite well. they grew up getting into trouble together and doing a lot together in general.

as for mics grandpa, his dad wasn’t around so grandpa heisuke was like,,, his father figure growing up. heisuke has the same quirk as his grandson so he did a lot of training mic himself. as an old man, hizashi saw his grandpa as a hardass who was unnecessarily strict. which in some ways was true. in heisuke’s youth he definitely was described as an…ehem…lady killer…and matched his glam rockstar look.

he took care of his daughter and her children till he passed away when mic was in college, taking care of five children alone was something he wasn’t going to leave his daughter to do.

he also has a natural tolerance to mics volume! (as i like to hc mic does as well) so a wailing baby zashi was never too much for him :3

Oh I don't think angry would be the best to describe it lmao. She'd have all the emotions combined, it be a catastrophy haha. I imagine she'd be less angry about the mere fact Luffy is interested in him but instead she'd be offended Law is so nonchalant over it lmao.

Like here is her dear little sister, most beautiful and cutest princess in all the Grandline, probably the whole world, but this disgusting fiend dares to not show any interest in her? HOW DARE HE, LUFFY IS THE EPITOME OF BEAUTY.

Boa would accidentally end up contributing to their relationship to her utmost horrirt lol like dressing Luffy up all pretty and shit. Law would actually end up falling for her charm it's all over, Boa is doomed kdkdks.

Ahh TYSM 🥺. They do! I'd imagine Sanji would be in contact with Reiju during all his pregnancies letting her know she'd be an auntie. I'm sure she'd eventually get to meet them one day and venture out of Germa much to Judge's annoyance. She'd spoil them rotten, probably even more so then the entire SH crew lol. Hard not to when Reiju never imagined ever becoming an aunt much less knowing about it before the events of WCI. She's taking this chance and using to the fullest she WILL be best auntie.
