It has been a really rough couple of months. I had two surgeries, and I am still not completely healed. On top of that, my mother is in the midst of a mental health crisis that has been ongoing for two months. There is so much more drama on top of that, but this is the short version.

I was on FMLA from my job for my surgeries for 3 months, and now I am out again on short term disability due to my declining mental health and all the responsibilities on my shoulders.

I was hoping during these periods of not working I would be able to write more, but if anything, I have less time now than ever.

I appreciate everyone’s patience, and I hope everyone is doing well <3

Hi guys! Life update—I am dealing with significant health issues and chronic pain and have been since about last May. I didn’t wanna keep y’all in the dark because I am still receiving so much support despite being quite inactive. I love you guys and I love writing and I hope I will get things figured out soon so I can come back with all my energy <3

Sorry I have been MIA. I’ve currently been putting all of my effort into studying for my big, final, comprehensive exam that essentially determines whether or not I’m graduating with my Master’s degree on time or not. I take it at the end of the month, so that’s when you can expect me to be back here and be more active again.

Hey guys! Hope you are all doing well :)

I'm gonna spend some time tonight filling up my queue to make sure my blog isn't totally inactive, lol. I promise I'm still around if anyone wants to chat, I'm just dealing with personal things! I feel sorry that I have some ongoing projects, especially because I know I have so many people waiting for me, but I haven't given up on writing or anything like that so don't worry! Just a temporary hiatus for mental health and other reasons.
