BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art is pleased to present a new exhibition by the Glasgow-based artist Mick Peter running from 21 June to 27 October. Peter’s playful installations incorporate imagery influenced by illustration and commercial art. His sculptures are often enlarged drawings, used to animate the narrative of his exhibitions.

Here’s some images from the Drawn In The World symposium at Hunterian’s Kelvin Hall. I was really proud to screen my films in the iconic Kelvin Hall. It was a lot of fun and was made up of workshop and screenings. The brilliant Mick Peter led the workshop and spoke at a our panel discussion with myself and filmmaker Kate Steenhauer. We screened Who I Am And What I Want and Brexicuted. Big thanks to the staff and students from University of Glasgow. Special plaudits to Ally Zlatar, Isabelle Thul, Jeanie Black, Javier Aregger, Alexandra Ross and Dominic Patterson.
