In Search of The Elusive Johnny Kidd and The Pirates Footage
1,400 Fans on Facebook and more globally would love to find the footage of the great British Rock n Roll Band.
Despite number ones and Top hits with Shakin All Over, Please Don't Touch, I'll Never Get Over You and many more, the only footage known to date is the small snippet played inside this video.
There must be more out there, they appeared on many popular TV Shows including Ready Steady Go, but more recenty (circa 1976 as the Pirates) on shows like Runaround with the late Mike Reid, The Kenny Everett Show, Mick Green backed Freddie Starr on his show and even childrens TV like Tiswas they appeared on too.
Not forgetting Tours in Japan and USA - someone out there has something.
