I debated whether or not to post this. Granted it’s an interesting opinion piece but, I must admit, a replay of Stephen Stills & Billy Porter playing FOR WHAT IT’S WORTH from the 1st night of the Democratic Convention MUST ALWAYS BE REBLOGGED.
Personal note: I watched The Buffalo Springfield LIVE on the Ed Sullivan Show when they performed that song, their 1st big hit. I have been a lifelong fan of that group and then when CSN&Y arrived on the scene. Stills & Neil Young were back together again. The music of both groups will always be my preferred sound. And it seems FOR WHAT IT’S WORTH is just as relevant today as it was in the 60s in my youth. Seems to me the OHIO is also relevant NOW!
