As I try to stay sane, I'm making my way through the book called Micro Activism: How You Can Make a Difference in the World Without a Bullhorn by Omkari L. Williams.
If you're interested, please borrow it from your library or buy a copy. I'll aim to post snippets of it as I read through it.
This book encourages us to become micro activists in our daily lives. It doesn't mean we don't go out and do big shit when we can, but it aims to help us show up every day. Our activism can be a sustainable, life-long practice. Because together, even small actions can lead to big outcomes.
What is microactivism? It's my motto! It's doing small, everyday actions that make a difference. From being zero waste to fighting for human rights, we can do small forms of activism every single day. In fact ,you can even do activism from home! Check out more about what is activism and activism tips below :)

Read a book called Micro Activism this week and it encouraged creating a list of causes/ideals you support and whittling that down to two maximum that you work towards daily to make activism routine in your life.
How do I whittle down a list of 38 items? Some of which are already grouped together like free education and universal literacy.
Opening in Amsterdam: The girls in conversation with our guests Erna Berends (chairman of Amsterdam district North), Sacha Prechal (Judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union) and Kati Piri (Dutch MEP) about taking up space, micro activism and other experiences they have had in public space.
Thank you EU&Me for organizing our guest appearances.
