#Microdoodle + #micropoem from the other day . after missing sunset behind a high wall someone sinks a hoop . . . Last night dreamt I was washing my hair in a house that had two identical bathrooms on the top floor. Mrs C was on the landing worrying that a cat had eaten her almond croissant and we discussed calling 999. The ground floor was one of those posh gallery showroom shops that have too many lights. On a table in the gallery I found a book about Moebius, as I began to explain his connection to Dune, Alejandro Jodorowsky walked around the corner! Just as I was about to ask if he would do a Psychomagic Tarot card reading I woke up. . I think I'm finally getting some decent REM cycles in again, recently the local housing association fitted two giant LED lights on the communal bin cupboard/ bike sheds resulting in permanent twilight and out of hours bird tweeting. After months not realising that it was the light affecting my sleep I tried sleeping with a sock (clean) over my eyes which improved things. I've now upgraded to a sleep mask, which is brilliant. It's like having two little caves strapped to your head, and because they don't touch your eyelids you can stare into the deep depths of darkness. I highly recommend. You just have to remember you're wearing them or there is potential for panic.
