Great class on the "Power of MicroGreens and the Future of Food" at St Matthew's House, Naples in their new LuLus Kitchen! Excited to finally hold this class 2 years after our first meeting... The most exciting part is to see how microgreens is used by St Matthews for not only incorporating micros in their food production aspects but also using the farming of micros as part of a daily therapy regimen for participating residents.
