Sound is a the most important part of any presentation, so it pays to get a good microphone to really get your message across.
Most Youtubers will use whatever is at hand to get the audio recorded. It might be an IPhone or whatever mobile phone you have available, or it might be an expensive R0DE video mic.
But do you really need to spend a lot of money to get a good audio experience? Watch the video to find out!
I will be testing the following combinations that you may already be used or considering for you video or audio productions.

Personally I think the BOYA is a great mic for the money and manages to filter out unwanted noise quite well, and makes your voice sound strong and wide. Well it sounds wider than the other mics in the review.
For the price I think it gives you a good option for voice overs, review videos and tutorials. I will be using it as my go to mic for a while so keep watching and listening and see what you think.
All the audio sources are un edited apart from converting mono to stereo (for the lav mics) and all gain settings were left to auto, so with some editing skills you could get even better sound.
