I wish there was more info on clitoral hood variations. Mine was basically nonexistant till I took T and now it’s… Kind of there? But has no proper structure to it/is very loose.
totally get that anon. ik this pdf (link) has some basic info on different forms of the clitoral hood, but its v perisex & doesn't seem to include any cases where it was mostly or fully nonexistent.
however, when it doubt, its good to try & identify what a part of the genitalia is homologous w in bodies w a peritypical penoscrotal set up (homologous = they develop from the same og structure). the clitoral hood is homologous w the foreskin, and there is a known variation called "aposthia" which is a congenital lack of a foreskin. if you wanted you could use this term for yourself. there isn't a ton of info on that either (the wikipedia page is mostly abt how it was used as proof of a now debunked theory of genetics by arguing that it was common in jews, which. it isn't!). one medical article also used the term "microposthia" which might fit you better since yours did develop somewhat after T.
