[115] #LeoMakes // Easy Microwave Dark Chocolate Banana Pudding ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This was an experiment that turned out good. Hahaha. There were 2 overripe bananas and I don't want it to go to waste so I decided to turn it into banana bread but I did not have any flour or eggs on hand. I saw a bag of biscocho (toasted bread sticks with butter and sugar) and I thought why not crush it up and mix it in with the bananas, I thought it would make sense because there is a viral video of crushed oreos and milk in a mug that turned into a cake. So that's what I did. I also added a tbsp of condensed milk and I also had dark chocolate bars in the fridge so I added a couple of small bars of chocolate without cutting it up. I microwaved it for a couple of minutes and it turned into a more pudding consistency than cake hence, banana pudding.😆 It was so good, the dark chocolate were melty and it balances the sweetness of the pudding.
