Dream’s good dream

Dream - Dream dreams a dream (hehe) all the time when the Demon is in control. Where he doesn't hurt his friends, when Techno is still by his side and he had george. But the one memory is like the one day that Techno didn't huff at George and they all just hung out happy.

Dream was living a cycle. Bound in a prison in his own mind as a demon controlled his body and actions. It was all going round and round in a cycle. 

Dream would shout and beg him not to hurt his friends as the demon ignored him, until he annoyed the demon enough for the demon to let him take back control of his body, or it was just inconvenient for the Demon to deal with his own mess. 

It would always be for a short period of times.  Once he woke up in the middle of a fight with BadBoyHalo. Another time it was when he was Tommy, and Tommy looked so small and hurt. There was a time he woke up to George turning away from him.  But lately he would wake up alone. He hated waking up alone. He wanted to die, but he couldn’t. The demon wouldn’t let him.

After that he would get too tired to care, and let the demon take control again. During those times.. He would dream.

“I don’t like him, Dream.” Techno huffed, as Dream dragged him along. “Please Techno, I really like George. I am just asking you to be nice to him. Just like… Don’t glare at him and stuff.”  Techno sighed, looking away from Dream. “Then just hang out with him without me.” Techno mumbled out quietly, probably not meaning for his words to reach Dream’s ears.

Dream stopped and turned to look at Techno. He still held his hand to make sure Techno won't try to walk away. “Techno, I don’t want to choose between you two.” Dream stated as Techno still avoided his gaze. “Please Tech… You are my best friend! And no one could ever take your place as my best friend.”  “Not even George?” Techno spoke, still looking away from Dream. “Not even George.” Dream reassured him, squeezing his hand slightly.

Techno finally looked at Dream before sighing and nodding. “Okay, I will try. But can we tomorrow go explore instead?” “Sounds like a deal to me.” Dream smiled.

He woke up. The Demon is still in control of his body, and he is trapped in his own mind, watching everything like a horrible TV show. He clenched his fists and started to shout again in his own head.

He broke so many promises because of this Demon. He can’t let him have it easy. Even if he will have to scream for eternity, he will. With the memories of his friends, of his family, of his best friend, will give him the strength to shout.
