47 Years Ago Today: August 27, 1978 - Mid-Ohio 250 Miles: The #2 BMW 320i Turbo driven by David Hobbs and Tom Klausler finished in second place.
so aside from the fact that i got to meet some of my FAVORITE drivers ever (danny, oscar, max, and yuki are still on my list), Petit LeMans was an absolute legend for the singular day i was there!! the IMSA paddock is so much more open than any other motorsport i’ve seen, and the energy was great!! i’m planning on going to Petit again next year (the whole race this time) but i also want to look into some of the other races!! if anyone has any recommendations, im open!! as well as any other races from different series (mid-ohio is on my list!
