Say hello to Ramble On Ranch! She’s a little bit country (Grateful Dead/Rich) and a little bit rock and roll (Zeppelin/me)! She is our new 1955 rambler ranch house we bought this week! We feel so lucky to be the guardians over this old gal for the time to come. She has a very open, relaxed Cambria/CA beach house vibe and sits between the pines and the oak and the magnolia trees! We have to thank our baller real estate agent (Queen of Donelson) @mazzunashvillerealtor who got us into this house before it went to market. She saw it, thought of us, made the match! We were under contract that day! We’re in a coveted adorable neighborhood, our wonderful neighbor has already invited us over for guitar jams, and we have five (5) chickens! So far we’ve tackled plumbing, chimney sweeps, deep cleaners, gutters & leaves, doorknobs!
