Honesty:

I’m answering this in terms of how they are as a person day to day, and ignoring any dramatic secrets they may be keeping. Writing it out like this, I’d say none of them are especially honest people in terms of being forthright with the truth. Roc is a scholar who values facts over anything else and he has no reason to lie, so he gets top billing. Aya will call a spade a spade, but only if you ask, and she won’t go into any more detail than that whether positive or negative, and she refuses to be included in another person’s lies. Daisy and Tor aren’t liars but they know that some truths don’t need to be told. Agatha will lie if it benefits her, but never to spare someone’s feelings- she’s very much a “this is the truth and if you don’t like it you can fight me” sort. Merryn’s a nervous wreck so she’ll just say the thing that’ll get her out of trouble, true or not. Jade and Rudy are both the sort who will be sort of an asshole and then defend themselves with “I’m just being honest!” but will also backpedal and lie to cover themselves. Pride dictates more or less everything Prissy does so she lies to cover any insecurities she has. Pru tries to be honest but she can’t stand having a bad word to say about anyone so she tries to phrase it constructively and it can be insincere. Sion and Silas will protect their loved ones at any cost- lie, cheat steal, kill- but are generally honest with those in that circle. Keede is a devious one who gets away with it because she’s cute. There’s then a lot of empty space before we get to the thieves guild members, starting with Alice who prefers not to get into situations where she has to lie but is more than willing to do so, Sirin whose delusions of grandeur are powerful enough to rewrite history, and Eli and Lady are compulsive liars and con artists who could sell snow to frost giants. Lady gets the rank of most dishonest because she can deceive Eli, but he can’t trick her. He’s good at lying, but she makes deceit an artform.

Haunted House:

Aya actively wants to go into thehaunted house. She wants to go in, destroy all the ghosts, and leaveit no longer haunted. Pru wants to do that too, but less fervently.Agatha would like to do that, but more as a challenge than anythingnoble. Prissy would be scared but her pride would make the decisionfor her. Eli and Alice hear “haunted house” and think “abandonedtreasure” and the allure would be impossible to resist. Jade...straight up wouldn't be afraid at all. Not in a bravado way, she justwouldn't care one bit. She's faced far worse things than ghostsalready. Tor, Sion and Silas wouldn't do it alone, but If theirfriends did they would go along to protect them. Daisy and Rudy boththink it's a bad idea and not much would convince them otherwise.Sirin would be tempted by the idea of finding magical artefacts orperhaps some way to control the spirits, but she'd rather let Eli andAlice do the work for her and study whatever they find in her librarylater on. Keede would be excited by the idea but would quickly talkherself down. Roc's got no time for adventuring and other suchsilliness- that's what the thieves are for. Merryn would juststraight up be too scared, and Lady has a guild to do that kind ofdirty (in the dilapidated old building with no luxuries sense of theword) work.

Sirin hands in her homework the morningafter it's set; it's twice as long as it needs to be, every sourcecited in full, footnotes and margin notes expand on every aspect, thepages are bookbound, extra credit and extra extra credit assignmentscomplete, she's added her own further study to the end, and she'sgiven the lecturer an apple for bonus points. Roc's work is similarlyimpressive, but without any of the sycophancy- it stands on its ownmerits. Tor and pru both work hard, and their efforts show. Silas andDaisy work hard too but their attainment isn't quite as high as thegirls'. Agatha is very good at what she does, but she's arrogant andwon't listen if she's being corrected on something she 'knows' isright. Priisy thinks she's a far better student than she actually is,but no one corrects her on this. Si tries hard but he doesn't reallyget it and is too easily distracted, he'd rather be out having fun.Aya would be a golden student... if she didn't skip 50% of herclasses because she doesn't want to do that subject. Merryn strugglesa lot, but she's got the guts to power through. Jade, Keede and Rudyare too lazy and lackadaisical to worry about their studies, but theyall somehow manage to pull through anyway. I feel bad for having thethieves guild at the bottom again, but what can I say- Alice thwartsevery attempt to keep her in classes, Eli's too busy selling theother students their own stationery back to them, and Lady's runninga crime ring with the answers to every test up for sale.

Most likely to squeal when they see a puppy

Keede, Pru, Bea and Si would lose their entire day to playing with the puppy and face the constant dilemma of “play or hug”. Lady and Prissy are more the sort to be all “mummy’s little precious bow-wow boopsie hugglekins” which is similar but not quite as extreme as the top four’s “THERE IS A PUPPY, WE ARE LOST CAUSES” reaction. Eli and Allyn both want to play with the puppy and see what tricks he can do but aren’t especially noisy about it- Alice and Rudy have the exact same reaction, but try to be cool about it (they fail after moments). Princess finds dogs a little too boisterous and prefers cats, but she enjoys watching the others having fun with him. Homu is more the sort to appreciate the companionship dogs offer and would just sort of quietly become his guardian angel and bed. Silas too, but he’d be more strict about training it. Kincain actively distances himself from anything that might become dependent on him so he quite quickly walks the other way, and Agatha would view a puppy as a distraction more than anything. Roc and Kinkara don’t have much reaction beyond “that is a puppy, acknowledged”, and finally Sirin is… Sirin.
