tldr;

i don’t care, i love this perfume. it’s juicy, sweet, and darkly sexy in a fun, youthful way. it’s my go-to summer night perfume but it can be worn whenever. it’s definitely not a projector, and is mostly pretty subtle.

notes:

ok. cards on the table, there’s like zero vanilla. i have never understood that note. it really does stay in that juicy-fruity-floral zone even in the dry down. musk being in the base notes also shocks me, because this is SO not musky on me. i love the orchid, iris and freesia in this. it keeps the scent light and clean, and to me makes it slightly more mature.

sillage/longevity:

this one is also not a crazy projector, but it lasts forever on clothes! it’s not a disruptive, loud perfume and it’s easy to wear because of that.

time/season:

while almost certainly made as a summery night scent, i’ve worn this in all seasons and all times of day! because it’s not a heavy, deep scent, it’s easy to reach for during any season. it’s also a nice, non-cloying hot weather perfume that’s still sweet.

while many people find brittany’s perfume line too juvenile for adult use, i just love it. it’s a light, simple crowd pleaser. definitely one of my more reached for scents during the summer.
