The next Elden Ring inspired D&D monster is Fanged Imp. Those stone goblins are one of the most annoying enemy types in this game. I hated those buggers in the early game soooooo much.

After playing to many hours of Elden Ring I decided to turn few monsteres from this fantastic soulslike into D&D monsters.
Beware the living mines!
The unexpected frog poster child of Elden RIng is ready to use in your sessions! Those are basic types found around Raya Lucaria Academy but I'm thinking about also making those from spike forms from Mohgwyn Palace as a separate monsters.
These clusters of dead-eyed heds always gave me creeps. Especially lore behind them probably being a group of fused Raya Lucaria mages.
The next Elden Ring inspired enemy is Alabaster Lord, master of void and gravity. He also has a cool looking sword.
