13 and 25?
13. I’m currently in 4 games!
Weekly game: the Brighthammers:
Castor the aasimar sorcerer, Ghor the bugbear bard, Sylvaris the half-elf wizard, William the human monk, Nilnaith the eladrin ranger, and my sulky Brennan the “elf” rogue
Maith and Los Idiot Boys:
I don’t have a group pic for this one! This is Thorhak, my goliath barbarian. There’s also Maith (albino elf ranger), Merric (halfling rogue), Von (elf wizard), and Melendir (elf cleric). They’re all smol children to him that need protection.
Team Mascara:

This is a game I DM! Zephyra (air genasi monk), Nemo (gnome wizard), Rhynos (goliath barbarian), Tempest (air genasi sorcerer/cleric), Mootilda (minotaur druid). They’re spoiled Mean Girls taking on Waterdeep with full Entitlement!
Fourth game is a play-by-post that is fairly new so I can’t say I know each character yet! But I’m playing an eladrin rogue who will eventually probably multiclass into a bard. They have four seasons (haven’t drawn all of them yet) and winter is they/he, spring is they/he, summer is they/she, and autumn is they/she.
25. What have your players done that you never could have planned for?
Honestly, so much! Team Mascara first of all started from a one-shot, so I hadn’t planned on it going into a campaign in the first place. I had to cobble together a way to bridge it into a campaign setting, and ended up going to Waterdeep Dragon Heist and just scaling it up (because they were starting at level 5 instead of ending on it).
Their team is also incredibly unmotivated! It’s very difficult to push players to find a reason why their character is adventuring when they haven’t decided it for themselves. The team gives every NPC push back when request that they do anything. They’d rather send the servants they “inherited” (they’re squatting in a castle) to do things. I’m half tempted to let them watch the servants level up above them because of it, haha!
It’s an extra step to push them to say yes. I’m running a module, and it obviously expects players to want to help, that most people will say yes to gold and glory. This is like a child who keeps asking “but why?” hahaha
