Hypothermia!! Oh no! As a future med student, Midorima knows what he must do

A knock on the door startled Midorima out of his reading.
Standing on his doorstep, covered in snow, was Aomine Daiki. He was dressed in shorts and a tank top, utterly unsuitable for the howling winds that had picked up in the past hour or so.
“Get inside, Aomine, what the hell are you doing out in this weather?”
Midorima rushed his former teammate inside, closing the door against the March blizzard.
“And dressed like that? Do you never check the weather? Is it even possible for you to go outside without Momoi dressing you?” As he spoke, Midorima was rushing around his apartment, putting a kettle on the stove to boil, shoving a chattering Aomine onto the couch, and getting a pile of blankets out of the hall closet.
Aomine sat on the couch and shivered, staring blankly ahead. Midorima stopped and stared at him, distracted by the ace’s stillness.
“Aomine?”
There was no response.
“Damn it, Aomine, tell me if you’re all right.”
Aomine gave no indication he’d even heard him.
“Fuck,” Midorima hissed quietly. This was bad. His pre-med prep seminar mentioned something about shock, and weather, and--hypothermia? Maybe?
For all that Midorima spent a large amount of the time he spent in Aomine’s company wishing death on the other Miracle, he didn’t mean it. Not really.
Midorima knelt on the floor, pulling off Aomine’s wet shoes and socks. He grabbed the largest, fluffiest blanket he could find and wrapped it around Aomine, forcing his shaking hands around it to hold it in place when it was about to slide off. His lack of response was really starting to unnerve Midorima. Even at his most slothful, Aomine was never still. Not like this, anyway.
Hesitantly, Midorima placed a hand against the other player’s cheek. He was ice cold to the touch, but immediately leaned into the warmth of Midorima’s hand. It was the first reaction he’d had ever since he’d come in--maybe the first thing he’d actually done since he managed to find his way to Midorima’s apartment.
Midorima sighed and sat down next to Aomine. Vaguely, he remembered stories about Arctic explorers sharing body heat to stay alive.
Carefully, ready to pull back at the slightest sign of any violent reaction, he slid his arms around the frozen player. Aomine melted into his arms, curling up against his chest and burrowing closer as if to gather every scrap of warmth he could.
Midorima squawked as cold fingers and a colder nose pressed against bare skin, but he didn’t flinch too far away--there wasn’t much place to go when one had a lap full of Aomine Daiki. Good god, the boy was heavy. What did he eat? Bricks?
Sighing, Midorima resigned himself to an awkward few hours--at least until the blizzard had passed.
Aomine woke up slowly, safe and warm cushioned against hard muscle. The last he’d remembered, he’d been playing on his favorite street court...
The one near Midorima’s apartment.
Shit. Was he…?
As unobtrusively as possible, Aomine slit an eye open. The hand wrapped around his arm was covered in very familiar taping.
Aomine closed his eyes as he tried to think this one through. He remembered the temperature dropping, and ignoring the wind picking up in favor of just one more basket, just one more-- He’d finally quit when the snow started falling more heavily. If he’d gotten caught out in the storm, if would have made sense to try to reach Midorima’s apartment rather than go all the way home.
Which still didn’t explain how he went from point “A” to point “being cradled in Midorima’s lap.”
Aomine peeked back up at the shooter’s face, which was slack in sleep, leaning against the back of the couch. His long eyelashes brushed against his cheekbones, glasses sliding low on his nose.
Ah, fuck it. Time to figure all this out later. For now, Aomine closed his eyes again and resolved to enjoy the moment while it lasted.

If someone would ask Aomine what he would like his ideal partner would have, he’d say big boobs right away. So it was really weird for him when he started noticing Midorima, of all people. He’s as straight as stick and had no curves at all. The way he’s so orderly about everything ticks him off, especially with those weird lucky items he’d bring to practice everyday.
It probably started when he heard him playing in the music room one afternoon. Aomine never really listens to music, his time was only dedicated to basketball and sleep. Sometimes, he gives time to his studies too since being the ace and all, he had to maintain a certain grade or it’ll be goodbye for him from the basketball club. It was a peculiar sight, seeing Midorima’s hands fly over the ivory keys with precision and grace. It should have felt strange for a basketball idiot like him to see their shooter using his hands perfectly in another activity besides basketball, but at that moment, he thought Midorima belonged better in front of the piano.
He started noticing more after that, how it looked so graceful for Midorima to take those super high-arced three pointer of his. How he’s like a mother to the team, always expressing his concern but in his cold way.
Then come one day where he woke up early enough and caught Oha-Asa on the television. Cancer’s lucky item was something he owned and he decided to bring it with him, just in case. It was a rare item, who knows, Midorima might not be able to have his hands on one. That day, Midorima came to practice a little bit jumpy.
“What’s the matter?” Aomine heard Akashi ask.
“Cancer’s in eighth place today and I wasn’t able to secure a lucky item. Things haven’t been good since this morning.”
As if to demonstrate, a ball suddenly hit the back of Midorima’s head, consequently making his glasses fall from his face and landing near Aomine’s feet. The first stringer who was at fault was profusely apologizing to Midorima while the latter blamed it for his lack of a lucky item. Aomine picked up Midorima’s glasses and handed it to him.
“You should have just stayed home,” he commented.
“That means giving up, which is out of the question,” Midorima said sternly.
Aomine never got the chance to give the lucky item to him. It was embarrassing after all. There’s nothing he could say that would give an explanation on why he has his lucky item without making Midorima think that he was weird or something. This liking business was really all confusing, and he needed someone who can make things clear for him as soon as possible.
“Oi, Tetsu.”
“Hm?”
“What do you think of Midorima?”
“Midorima-kun?”
“Yeah.”
“He can be dumb sometimes. But I respect him for his skills.”
“Outside basketball.”
“I don’t know. He’s not particularly friendly, I’d say. And he’s weird.”
“Aren’t you bad-mouthing him too much?”
“You asked me what I thought of him. How about you, Aomine-kun?”
“It’s not like he’s unfriendly. He’s strict with us but I think it’s because he’s concerned, being vice captain and all. And he’s not weird...it’s just that, he has a different hobby with his horoscopes. You saw what happened to him earlier. It could be real, for all we know.”
“Is that why you have Cancer’s lucky item in your bag?”
“W-what?”
He tried to hide his bag, but Kuroko was already at it. He successfully grabbed the lucky item from Aomine’s opened bag and held it up.
“This is Midorima-kun’s lucky item for today. Were you planning on giving him this earlier?”
“No, I’m not.”
“You’re lying. You certainly did, I think. But you were scared.”
Aomine snatched the item back and quickly stuffed it back in his bag. They continued walking in silence, Kuroko just staring at him.
“Fine! I’ll tell you. I like him. It’s been quite a while. But, I don’t know what to do. It’s weird, he’s a guy after all. And he doesn’t have big boobs. You know, that’s the part that confuses me the most. How can I like him if he doesn’t have boobs? Boobs are filled with hopes and dreams, and if it's Midorima...there's just no hope nor dreams for me.”
Kuroko let out a small laugh.
“You’re an idiot, Aomine-kun. When you like someone, then you like them. You don't have to list or identify all reasons. You don't have to complicate it more. Midorima-kun would still be in the gym right now. You should go back and give him his lucky item.”
“And then?”
“It’s a good start. If you want to make something happen, that is.”
“I’ll hit you when this turns out bad,” Aomine said before turning around and going back to the school gym. The sound of the ball cleanly passing through the net can be heard as he approached. Midorima was still there, alright.
“Not going home yet?” he called out.
Midorima turned to him.
“I thought you already did.”
“I forgot to give something to you.”
“Huh?”
He threw the lucky item which Midorima caught perfectly.
“It’s not like I care or something,” Aomine quickly added, “But who knows what could happen to you without that. No one would like Teikou’s number one shooter to have an unfortunate accident just because you were unlucky. You know what I mean?”
In that moment, Midorima looked straight at him. There was something with the way he looked, with how he tried to look cool despite having a slight flush on his face.
“I-I’m about to go home. Do you want to walk together?”
Aomine was speechless for a moment, but he recovered quick and smiled at him. Tetsu, you're not going to be hit anytime soon.

However, they always end up doing intimate things instead, and Midorima doesn't really mind at all." I tweaked a lot of things to make it MidoAo OTL And I'm really sorry for the lack of the intimate things(it sucks because MidoAo intimate things are the hottest!!! in my opinion) I hope I've lived up to your prompt, if not, I apologize >_<

Aomine’s eyes cautiously followed Midorima as he moved around their flat, preparing his things.
“You’re going out?”
“Yeah.”
“It’s a weekend. You have no classes. Just teach me some math.”
“Akashi invited me to play shogi with him.”
Again. It annoyed him so much that Midorima and Akashi still meet regularly for a game of shogi and probably a cup of their damned Earl Gray Tea. It didn’t help that he knew of their past romantic relationship and that he and Midorima were just starting to build theirs.
“It’s getting more often, huh.”
Midorima looked at him knowingly. He might be a cold person but that doesn’t stop him from being observant of the feelings of people around him, especially when it comes with Aomine. No matter how he tries to, he can’t hide his true feelings from Midorima even if he puts an indifferent mask on.
“There’s nothing to be jealous about. Akashi and I are just good friends now.”
“Jealous? Hah. I’m not jealous. Who’s jealous?”
“Daiki.”
“Tch. Just go. Bring back food.”
If there was one important thing Midorima learned from his past relationship, it was that communication was of an extreme importance. It was what he and Akashi lacked and he certainly didn’t want to make the same mistake with Aomine.
“I’m not going out unless you quit acting like that.”
“You wouldn’t want our old captain waiting.”
Midorima sighed and sat beside Aomine. Then quickly, he pulled Aomine’s foot under him and laid it on his lap which caused Aomine to fall on his butt and hit his head on the arm rest. It must have been painful, he thought to himself, but Aomine deserved it nonetheless.
“Oi.”
He started massaging on Aomine’s feet.
“Are you afraid that I’m still hung up on Akashi after all these years?”
“He’s been the one keeping contact. For all I know, he’s the one still hung up on you.”
“He did tell me he had no other relationships after we ended ours.”
“See? It’s like...he’s waiting for you or something. Planning on the sidelines to take you away from me.”
It was a guilty pleasure of his, teasing Aomine and getting him to say idiotic possessive stuff like this. Midorima’s hands worked its way up to Aomine’s knees and squeezed. Aomine’s face has lost its frown and was replaced with something softer. He liked Midorima’s massage, after all.
“Idiot,” he said as he massaged a little higher, “Don’t go thinking things like that. Akashi and I were friends way back even before we were a couple. We’re just reestablishing our friendship, so to speak. If you can’t trust me on this, why not come with me?”
“And get bored watching you play? No, thanks.”
“Then I can go now,” he dropped Aomine’s legs on the floor and stood.
“Oi, finish what you’ve started,” Aomine pulled on his shirt, his voice hoarse, “Turning me on like that.”
He smirked, pushing up his glasses. He knew that, of course. Aomine liked his massages more than he’d admit.
“You’d have to wait for me. Consider that your punishment for being unreasonably jealous.
“Y-you did this on purpose? Shintarou!”
“Yes, I did. I’ll try not to make you wait for so long. Don’t finish off without me,” he stopped at the door and gave him a final look, “And we still have to polish up on your math before that.”
And he was gone, much to Aomine’s frustration. He definitely can’t finish alone. In things like this, there’s nothing that can beat Midorima’s hands. He had no choice but wait in agony, because it was a fact that Midorima can’t beat Akashi in shogi and their shortest game lasted for one hour. He still had to account the time those two would talk about intellectual stuff. Not to mention that Midorima remembered him asking help in math in an attempt to not letting him go out. That would take more than an hour.

I really, really, REALLY want to write something for MidoAo day but I can't come up with something(seriously brain, why are you failing me now?). I'm in great need of help >_<
