Happy birthday, Midorima-kun. I wish you the best.
Good morning, Tumblr. Karaoke night went just as unspectacularly as I imagined. Kagami-kun and Aomine-kun challenged one another to a sing off and what resulted can only be described as chaos. It is not that they're bad singers, but they got so competitive that they both entered the Zone and broke three chairs, one microphone, and Midorima-kun's glasses. I am not sure how. Takao-kun had to walk Midorima-kun home and texted me later to inform me that not only did he walk into three streetlights, he nearly got run over on six differing occasions.
Kagami-kun and I had planned to play some basketball with Midorima-kun and Takao-kun this evening, but when I texted to double check, Midorima-kun told me that the plans had changed because he's going out to dinner with someone today. I asked him if it was a date and he responded in the negative. Takao-kun certainly wasn't under that impression when he texted me.
Update on Midorima-kun's status: Takao-kun says he is wearing contacts this morning, and that two people swooned. One was a barista at a café. The other was Takao-kun. He may be exaggerating.
Midorima-kun refuses to admit that he does, in fact, have human emotion. I tickled him. He laughed. He has claimed that it is merely a bodily reflex, but I watched the rage appear in his eyes when I did so. Midorima-kun has emotion. Little bits, like rage and frustration, but those are emotions.
What's the last dream you remember having, Kuroko-kun??
A few nights ago I dreamed that I went to visit Kise-kun at one of his photo shoots. He had a crowd of fangirls swarming around the site in such a large pack that I got lost in it. Eventually I emerged towards the front, and all of the fangirls suddenly disappeared. Kise-kun was still there, but he was wearing a giraffe costume and posing for the camera. He asked me to join him and offered me a leaf costume.
I turned around to leave and saw Aomine-kun and Kagami-kun standing there, except they were much, much taller than usual. Kise-kun grew taller, too. Murasakibara-kun and Midorima-kun’s faces were no longer visible; they had ascended above the clouds. I only knew it was them because one was dropping crumbs and the other was scolding him for the crumbs.
Akashi-kun appeared beside me dressed in an odd uniform with a large pair of scissors, and when I looked I was wearing the same uniform.
Akashi-kun shot off into the sky screaming to “kill the titans”. Kagami-kun cried when he saw the scissors. Aomine-kun tripped over something and crushed Akashi-kun. Murasakibara-kun ran out of snacks and tried to eat Kise-kun’s earring instead.
On another note, I recently watched Shingeki no Kyojin.
Takao-kun has informed me that Midorima-kun not only wore contacts today, but also a formal kimono.
Midorima-kun insists on taking me to a pet store today. I am not certain why.
