The Why
I've gotten mixed reviews on doing this contest. So I'm just going to clear this up to those of you who are wondering. For starters, I know that this is hard. It's definetly hard to say "no" to a cocktail I totally want, it'd hard to say "no" when someone asks you to do something you want to do but can't because you have to go to the gym...I get it. I have had this on my bucket list for 3 1/2 years. And to tell you the truth, I'm tired of procrastinating something just because it's hard. So, shoot. It's just 12 weeks, I can do anything for 12 weeks, so can you. Believe me, if I can you can. I am not doing this to boast or act conceded. My reasons are higher than that. If I can inspire/motivate/whatever it may be for you, to make you love yourself a little more, work a little harder, start a new journey then, that's good, great actually. The glory is not for me, My strength comes from a higher power than myself (talking about Jesus here, folks) On the days where I struggle, not with diet or lifting shit, but the whole picture of lifestyle changes. That is where I see strength come from, that is where growth happens. stay tuned...this will be entertaining...PS How'd yall feel about video posts?
