Say hello to Mieridduryn bonniae, a 460 million years old cousin of Opabinia.
The Welsh name Mieridduryn, pronounced me-airy-theerin, means "bramble snout" referring to the spiny proboscis. Meanwhile, bonniae refers to the landowners' niece Bonnie, who loves the fossils!
