I think Crowley does have the ability to restore them; however I still don't know what to think about him. Crowley could be messing with Kevin's head. Sam managed to get to a warehouse while hallucinating that Dean was driving him, so Kevin could definitely be hallucinating that Crowley took him somewhere. But what bothers me the most is Sam said all Kevin's stuff was missing...so where did it go? Crowley might be trying to distract the Winchesters by taking it. Or Kevin packed his stuff and ran for it. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
