If I had to choose once, probably sight or taste. Taste- I would still be able to smell things, although eating would probably become kind of unpleasant, and I can continue to function pretty much normally. Sight- sight-based input is the least interesting for me. I can sniff different teas or candles or whatever for a good half hour, I can spend ages petting a piece of fabric just because I love the texture, I fucking love food and eating it and making myself food and then eating it and getting other people to eat it, and music and voices and ambient sounds make me so /happy/ I would never give that up.
