hi!! i sent you an ask last october about art references and i started using magic web poser after that, and it's so mindblowing and incredibly useful!! i also started studying the anatomy for sculptors book and i can really see the improvement in my own art so thank you so much for your advice <3!! this is kind of a weird question but umm do you have any advice on how to draw come? you do it really well!! i know there's "glaze" brushes on csp but i haven't experimented w them yet.. + would you happen to have any recs for nsfw brushes? no worries if not lol i was just wondering (i discovered rope brushes after spending 30 min drawing ropes for a bondage scene orz) anyway have a nice day!! hopefully tumblr doesn't censor this ask lol

first, SUPER happy to hear that the poser and everything else has been helpful! it shortened the amount of time i need to spend fighting myself over a pose not working lololol

second, here's a VERY general 1 2 3 step of the general process along w some tips

as for the brushes i use for this, i use a normal round brush with pen pressure opacity, a soft flat airbrush and then for the highlights either the round brush again or any sharp brush with no varying opacity

hello!!! made a twitter account just to follow you lol (getting into my nsfw era) and your art is amazing + really good anatomy and angles!! i was wondering if you use references and if so, where you get them from? thank you for sharing your work!!

I do use a lot of references but my main ones are:

For posing and exploring angles: MAGIC POSER plenty of features, excellent for trying fun angles and for practicing anatomy (be it just blocking figures, trying to see how muscles would wrap, etc etc)

Anatomy:

Illuminated Male Asaro Head: for all those tricky head angles

Manga Materials: Asides all of their free excellent content, they have a Patreon with SOO many resources, basic simple diagrams that break down anatomy and go over common artist mistakes and how to fix them to be more accurate to real life anatomy.

Anatomy for Sculptors: One of my favorite PDFs to have around for more indepth anatomy, excellent for breaking down complex shapes into blocks since their approach is like that of block shaping 3D sculptures.
