33. Clearly we’re both really uncomfortable at this party
Annie held a red plastic cup on her hand. It was filled with alcohol that she didn’t even drink and was awkwardly sitting next to a couple making out. Bodies grinding on each other, the room filled with strobe lights. This part would have been if it wasn’t for the fact she was the shyest person alive.
The girl glanced around the room and saw a girl who looked equally as awkward — equally as scared. It took Annie a solid five minutes to get up and talk to her.
"Hey," said the blonde, clearing her throat. "Some party, huh?" Good going, Leonhardt.
