it's interesting what can happen when the first battleground you're introduced to is your own home . when your first bullies happen to be related to you . mikah wanted nothing more to be like her big brother . wanted nothing more than for him to love her but all he wanted was for her to go away and eventually , she did . life on the road , life in a band , was all one big party for mikah and everyone involved but the party has to end somehow and when it did , mikah crashed and burned hard . she disappeared from the scene before eventually rearing her head with a new tour under her belt near her old home town .

ALEXA , introduce the players !

brody ambrose ( the npc ) ; the one person mikah wanted around and the one person that never wanted her to be there in the first place . their sibling relationship had always been toxic . it was usually just words . just pointless arguments when all mikah wanted was for her brother to care before it eventually escalated . mikah hasn't seen him since she left and she isn't looking forward to an inevitable reunion .

the ex ( open connection ) ; he was fun . the life of the party . an amazing distraction . the two fell together fast and hard . they were attached at each other's hips through shows and tours . it didn't turn sour right away . it was slippery but slow slope toward toxicity or maybe kieran was just too blinded by their own feelings to see any of the red flags between the shows , the parties , and the drugs . the break up over cheating was more than just messy and mikah made a swift exit not only from the relationship but the tour they were on .
