Bloodthirsty || @Mika
Twisting and turning, a wrenching feeling tugs at his abdomen, making him sick to his stomach. The pictures of the smiling faces of all of his brothers and sisters, then the image of blood surrounding their corpses takes over the scene. Even the body of his closest brother, Mika. Yuu tried to shake the image out of his head, knowing that it’s just an illusion from Asuramaru.
He feels a liquid rain down onto his body. He looks down at his hands, seeing that it’s red: Blood. He felt it drip down his face and down his neck, and it felt so real. The feeling made him jerk awake. As his eyes opened, he was shocked to feel a figure on top of him. He felt some sort of liquid actually dripping down his neck. He only saw fangs in the darkness of the room, and anger filled his body. “VAMPIRE!” He screamed as he quickly swiped to push the vampire off of himself. He wiped off the saliva on his neck, and felt around his neck for any bite holes. None.
How could he have let his guard down so easily? Was Mika alright?
Mika - Guren
Why is he of all people in one of his classes? Of course, Guren figured it was because of that Yuu idiot. Those two stuck together like glue, if anything. Not that he really cared, but he felt like he was becoming a babysitter. It didn’t help that he couldn’t kill this particular student, as much as he wanted to. But well, at least he was calmer than Yuu was… there was no argument there.
“—Did you hear me?” he grumbled his words, wanting to get out of here. Instead he was stuck with this guy for the whole day. How this happened, he wasn’t even sure, himself.
can’t feel the heat in my blood || mika & ryuuko
It was a pretty normal day, all things considered. Her muscles were a bit sore, but she’d definitely gotten stronger...probably. Training was..interesting though. She wasn’t going to complain about it one bit. She’d asked for Yata’s help and she wouldn’t go back on her word. Still, there were no leads on her search. She could still picture the faint silhouette in the back of her mind but..
No one here matched that description...to her knowledge at least. She grimaced and rolled her shoulders, making a mental note to get some of those leftovers Yata had brought over the last time when she got back to her room.
But she stopped in her tracks when she saw a glimpse of something out of the corner of her eye. It all came rushing back. Her father impaled, flames licking the ground from the oil lamp he’d knocked over..and escaping through the haze was a figure wearing a cloak--with distinctly fluffy hair. Her heart might have stopped in that moment...and then it was like her entire body was set on fire.
“YOU..!” She snarled, ripping the scissorblade free from its holster at her waist before it grew to its normal size. “You bastard...! It was you!” The person who had killed her father...th-there was no mistaking it, right?
“Ryuuko, calm down..!” Senketsu urged, but his cries fell on deaf ears.
She.
Was.
PISSED!
Heat of the Battle | Alibaba & Mika
The day had been an easy one for the blond so what better way to spend the rest of his carefree day than to train. He wasn’t with his Master since he had to leave, so it was a pretty lonesome train but it was better than slacking off and losing to those he didn’t like. Like those damned people in that corridor the other day that said he looked weak. No way was Alibaba weak. He was far from it. He needed to prove them wrong. There was no way he was just going to let this slide from him. It was because of his master that he had the confidence to keep growing, to keep moving, to build himself up for the better of his future.
Alibaba darted forwards, backwards, side to side with his dagger in hand. He was training in the open air, full concentration and focus as high as it could possibly be. His mind was in the zone.
Reunion of Childhood Friends || Mika & Yu
Sitting in class was dreadful enough, but a Monday morning only seemed to make matters worse. For a student like Yu, school wasn’t a want, but rather a necessity. Having been sent to this academy by Guren as means of training, he only hoped of getting kicked out of class early so he didn’t have to suffer through the rest.
Having himself seated in the back corner of the classroom, he attempted to isolate himself from the rest of the class. He had no intention of making friends or interacting with anyone, really. He just needed to get out of here as soon as possibly.
He sighed after not paying attention for 90% of the class. He glanced at the clock, and there were only 2 minutes left of class. He finally gave up and looked at the teacher at the front of the classroom. Woah... What even is this crap? I though this was math, what’s with all these letters?!
He felt mentally exhausted after having just looked at the board, but something else soon caught his eye. Blonde.... fluffy hair? A very similar hairstyle to one of his family members that expired 4 years ago... No, it couldn’t be him. He didn’t live past the age of 12, so what would he be doing in a high school?
Yu shook the thought from his head. It’s not him... The memory never failed to imprint itself into Yu’s memory. The bell soon range and Yu couldn’t help but let his curiosity wander. Maybe he should approach him... What if it was Mika? He felt that he needed a sense of closure. By the time he gathered his stuff and looked up, the boy was gone! Yu ran out of the classroom and looked up and down the hallway searching for that familiar hairstyle in hopes of finding his “dead” brother.
