But was the point of introducing this new penalty points system and having points wiped after a year that a driver can't be judged on their previous misdemeanours? People are calling for a straight ban because of this incident. And that's ridiculous. Is he aggressive? Yes. He tries moves that other drivers won't and a lot of the times they aren't pulled off. The incident yesterday was stupid and as were ones in the past but a ban for his first transgression of the season would be totally uncalled for.
