What did you think of the latest suits? I can't understand Louis' behaviour at all, what he was trying to do was so backhanded and almost manipulative. It kind of irritates me that he and Harvey are fighting over Donna like she's Helen of Troy. Yeah, I don't know what has happened to this show.

I knew it was going to happen - the whole Harvey and Louis constantly fighting over Donna, Louis switching from being the bad guy to a good guy and back ad nauseum - but that doesn’t make it any easier to watch. Basically I’m over it in the worst way.

Okay, I don't know how to put my thoughts in any kind of coherent fashion so this be my random feels on the episode.

First, I'll start with what I liked. It's a short list. 

I enjoyed seeing Marcus and getting a bit more info about him and Harvey and Marcus' relationship. And that scene at the end where Harvey called Marcus. Kill me now please. Ugh, it was amazing. Someone gif that scene stat - Gabriel was perfect in it.

I enjoyed the Louis and Donna scenes. And for once I totally called something that happened (that never happens to me lol). I'm intrigued by Donna going to work for Louis, the implications it will have. I'm sure it will all end up being about Harvey/Donna (which I will get to later) but I'm interested to see how they will work together.

Okay, now I'm going to get to what I didn't like. Brace yourselves people. Let's start with the obvious...

Mike/Rachel. As soon as he walked into the apartment I knew where that scene was going. What is there to say really? I mean Patrick and Meghan were great in the scene and all but I'm so not interested in them getting married. Sorry. (Grammy's ring was gorgeous though)

Harvey/Donna. Just fucking stop. Stop dragging this shit out. If Harvey was in love with her, or wanted a relationship with her, surely he would've done something about it by now. Him not saying he has feelings isn't proof that he has them but can't communicate them. Maybe he just doesn't have them at all. *gasp* Shocking idea, I know. I was really hoping (even though I knew it was extremely unlikely) that this episode would put an end to this story line, that Harvey would tell her that he loved her as a friend, as family, and she could finally move on. Now it looks like we are in for more of this next season.

Harvey/Mike/Rachel. Okay, so in the episode description it said: Mike and Rachel confront the fact that, while Rachel is Harvey’s associate, Mike is his guy. That, kinda didn't happen? I thought we might actually have some conflict over it and that Harvey would pick one of them (Mike, obviously) and it would end the whole Rachel is Harvey's associate (even though she is in first year law school wtf). Also, I side-eye the whole thing about Mike saying that anything Harvey tells him he'll tell Rachel. Like, what? If it's work related, sure, fine. But this was personal for Harvey, and I found it weird that Mike was all 'anything Harvey tells me he's going to have to assume I'll tell Rachel'. So are they not going to have their own relationship anymore, anything that is just theirs?

Harvey/Mike. Okay, where was the Harvey/Mike in this ep? Oh, nowhere, that's where. Considering how personal this was to Harvey I'm staggered at the lack of Harvey/Mike in this ep. If I had my way two things would have happened:*Mike and Rachel would've gone to Harvey about the fact that they couldn't both be his associate and obviously Harvey would've chosen Mike. Like he always does. No contest, no thinking music required, it's Mike. Always.* When Harvey said he wanted help to get his mind right and Jessica said she couldn't help him, Harvey would've gone to Mike to talk it out. And Mike would've inspired him in some way and helped out everything right.

Man, I'm sure there are other things I've missed, but for now I think I'll leave it there.

I feel bad for Mike and Rachel, I really do, but I sort of feel like their relationship was doomed on the start because of the cheating and the lies. Mike flirted, and then Rachel kissed him, and then Mike kissed back (cheating). The Mike started a relationship with her, but he couldn't lie to her so he ended it. Then Mike kissed Rachel and wanted to sleep with her but she said no, so he slept with Tess and then Rachel saw it. And now this. Jenny said that Mike x Rachel deserved each other :|

All true. It definitely doesn't bode well. But this is TV land where that kind of stuff doesn't matter, all that matters is how much the people in charge like the relationship, and alas, I think the people in charge like it a lot. :O(

When I started shipping it: In the first season. I started off on the Dan/Serena train, but got over it pretty quickly, and by the end of season one I was completely enamoured with Dan/Blair.

My thoughts: I mean, really, just that they were perfect for each other and looked perfect together and they were so supportive and good for each other, so of course they didn’t last.

What makes me happy about them: How pure their relationship was. Really, it grew so steadily and organically, and they knew each other better than anyone, and at the end of the day just wanted each other to be happy.

What makes me sad about them: THE FACT THAT, FOR SOME INEXPLICABLE REASON, BLAIR ENDED UP WITH CHUCK AND DAN ENDED UP WITH SERENA.

Things done in fic/art that annoy me: Honestly, it’s been so long since I’ve read fic I don’t think I can really answer this question. 

Things I look for in fic: see above. But really, just have them be in character and you’ve won half the battle.

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with if not each other: No one, sorry, can’t do it. Pretty much all the other options suck.

My happily ever after for them: I just ignore the fact that season six is a thing that exists, and I think of them living together in New York, Dan writing and Blair as an editor of a fashion magazine. They do brunches in Williamsburg and go to parties on the Upper East Side and support each other’s work and travel the world and have lots of sex and babies.

Favourite non-sexual activity: Totally going to the Met or MoMA or the Guggenheim and getting into arguments over whether the art has merit before they grab a coffee and go for a stroll in Central Park

Wow, this site is amazing! I want to be very careful with how I say this... there are many sq fans who are talented and created - I've been really impressed by the graphics and parallels they make. But there's a group of them who are downright bullies - they even harass the directors of the show. I have blocked and blacklisted a lot of them. I had to. After a while, I just couldn't take their anger anymore.

I admire their hard work too, it's great to see what people can make no matter what they ship! :]

It's really awful how they treat the writers AND the cast members, plus general OUAT fans/anti-SQers. The bad apples love to force their opinions upon everyone without hesitation and especially without holding back cruel comments or beliefs if someone doesn't agree with them. Just a month or so ago, they got together to try boycotting the show while also telling Ginny to go eat a poison apple and never wake up! Just seriously, how low can they go??? That and they treat the anti-SQers really horribly by telling them to go kill themselves... I don't know what these bullies think they're doing, but I'd hate to see how they'd raise their kids.
