It might be the muscle growing, it might be your body holding water or preparing for period. It also might be that you're not eating enough and therefore your body is 'keeping it for rainy days' aka you'l actually gain weight. But don't fret - you're still getting healthier and stronger! :)

Thank you for your kind words :) All of this could probably be the the case, but I do have a problem with eating in general, my therapist even says I have an eating disorder, lol. I’m working on that though.

Don't give up! There will be bad days, regardless of what you do. Maybe you should eat more protein. That happened to me, when I was doing a lot but not losing weight. Chocolate milk helps. 8oz after a workout.

I think protein is not the problem, though. I eat a lot of it (at least I think so?) It’s probably just a bad day, mhh.

missdefans replied: i'm using one (on missdefan) that doesn't alter them to one specific size, but to 'best' size aka the one it's been made in. cons are that it makes it slow and instagram stuff too big etc, but other than that works! i'm not sure where to get the code now, but one DOES exist!

i’ve tried one of those, and one to actually change the sizing in the code but nothing is working. but it’s mostly for my other blog and i’ve just changed over to a 400px post theme so the gifs aren’t overly blurry :) thanks

I completely agree with the April post! I've loved her since the shooting episode and even more after that. I felt like she portrayed me the best (minus the religion sl), but everything else - how she was a tiny bit weird with her organisation skills and in general happygoluckiness, but she WAS fierce and strong and brave and all that as well in her own awesome way. As soon as she stood up on that car and everyone cheered, I was just like no, please don't ruin my spirit animal! And they did

Yep. I don’t think it passed the point of no return but in a perfect world, they’re aware of the message that’s coming across and they have a fully fleshed out storyline to fix it.

I always hoped Defan would die the way/where they initially did by their own choice and together, but they sort of did half that storyline with the whole traveller's spell so.. But yeah, I'd see them dying in the end regardless, as well!

I don’t know, I think there is still a big chance for the dying storyline. I mean the travelers storyline got each one of them dead and the other alive, both of them dying together would be so different. also, TVD isn’t the kind of show that end in a happy way. I can see the last episode of the show being epic and ripping my heart out of my chest. 

it’ll be one of those finales that prevent you from sleeping for two weeks.

and I just think that Defan should have this epic mind blowing end. ending with a happy scene with them sitting under the stars would be so unpredictable from TVD.

I also think that many characters would die in the end. Defan and Caroline/ Bonnie. If Caroline dies, Bonnie lives and be the one in the last scene, if Bonnie dies it’s Caroline in the last scene. tho I see Bonnie surviving more likely, you know after dying over hundred times!

I honestly want Defan to die in the end, blame my sick-sucking-for-epic-heartbreaking-endings heart.

Realistically, they can’t take the cure cause they’ll age to their real ages and die in the matter of months and cause S6 isn’t the last season, it’s unlikely that’s where they’d take the story.

but katie, this is tvd we’re talking about. nothing makes sense. it’s a world where ponies can turn into butterflies and then turn back into seahorses.

if that’s where they decide to take the story though, i can imagine them having some HUGE bullshit loophole to point out how katherine’s case was “different” and how damon & stef won’t be effected the same way. i mean where else could the finale of this season go? it seems like a great deal of nothing has happened this season and i haven’t even been keeping up lol.

and just bc they’d turn human doesn’t mean they won’t decide to turn back into vamps next season (on their OWN terms though, no doppelganger involved..thus coming full circle).
