Wren stirred awake to the frantic noises coming from beyond his room. His first instincts told him that it was trouble. His second told him there was conflict. He heard children. Despite his condition, he got up out of bed and limped towards the door, heading towards the noise. He let out a sigh of relief once he came into sight of what was actually happening.
