Low alcohol content, high drinkability, velvety and sweet on the palate ... a treat! ☺️☕ On my right “Refsæsøen Abrikos”, an Oak Fermented Danish Shipyard Ale made with fresh Bergeron and Milord apricots, aged for 10 months in oak barrels. 6.5%, a marked acidity, an intriguing complexity on the palate ... explosive! 💣🍑 And which side are you on? 😏 The reality is that we didn't choose and frankly we don't want to. Mikkeller is one of the largest breweries in the world and manages to offer artisanal drinkers like us a wide choice of high quality beers, for all tastes 🔝 Goodbye Mikkeller… see you next drink! 👋🥲🍻 —— Coffee Stout o Farmhouse Ale? ☕🚜 Due mondi totalmente diversi, non per forza contrastanti 👐 Alla mia sinistra “Mikkeller Kaffestout”, un bel caffettone da 6% prodotta con una spruzzata di lattosio. Basso tenore alcolico, alta bevibilità, vellutata e dolce al palato… una coccola! ☺️☕ Alla mia destra “Refsæsøen Abrikos”, una Oak Fermented Danish Shipyard Ale prodotta con albicocche fresche Bergeron e Milord, maturata per 10 mesi in botti di quercia. 6,5%, una spiccata acidità, una complessità al palato intrigante… esplosiva! 💣🍑 E voi da che parte state? 😏 La realtà è che noi non abbiamo scelto e francamente non vogliamo farlo.
