To put things simply, I kept my promise. I ensured Norman would never harm Ruby again. Although, as much as I wish that I had gone farther... he is still alive. I did ensure that he felt everything Ruby did, however.

After everything he has done to this child... I believe he should face the full extent of the consequences. Death would be too easy, after everything he has done.

On another note... searching for him was not all I was doing whenever I left. Ruby has expressed how much they want their missing objects back, so that has been my main concern. I just simply ran into that terrible man last night.

I apologize if I gave anyone a scare. I promise I would never harm Ruby. I was... a bit out of it after what had occurred. I.. didn't mean to scare him so badly. I just.. did not want them to see something they didn't need to. But I suppose they did anyways... in any case, Ruby is alright. Shaken, but alright. I already told him all of this.

I'm glad everything turned out alright! I'm glad to see Ruby reunited with his team family.

I share the same opinion! While it does sadden me that his pokémon are more of his family than even his own 'father', I'll choose to focus on the positives. I'm grateful that he had somewhere to turn for comfort during his worryingly difficult life.

Are Ruby's team and their magma-escapee team getting along at all? I know the roserade was a bit violent before, but most of them do seem to care for him.

We have yet to introduce them. It's already a highly stressful period of time, as none of the parties are particularly used to Sootopolis. Attempting to introduce two sets of volatile, defensive pokémon would be.. disastrous, to say the least. And Ruby would throw himself into the middle of it without a second thought, which is as terrifying and reckless as it is admirable.

I will not be handing Ruby over to that terrible excuse for a person, let alone a parent.

You may question my worthiness all you like, but I firmly draw the line at insinuating Ruby needs to go back to the man who bruised his ribs, dislocated his arm, and Rayquaza knows what else, before Ruby was brave enough to speak up about what he was doing to them.

Shame on you.
